The all-important implementation was extremely efficient (the team arrived on time), the site was made ready and the work commenced without major hassle nor inconvenience. The work was completed and the site cleared. The quality of the work is good (as far as we know, as it's only been a week!), but we have sufficient trust and confidence in Andrew and his team, that they all respond if we have any support queries.
