Methodology
Counts are bottom-up: each company is an individually-listed business with a country and, where available, city, website and geo-coordinates (31% of listings are geocoded). Records are aggregated from public business directories and official company registers, then de-duplicated. Verification is opt-in — companies earn a verified badge after a 3-step business-registration, tax-ID and direct-contact check. Figures update continuously as the directory grows.
